Auditions for our Intermediate/Advanced pieces for the 3rd 721 Showcase will take place JULY 25TH at Center Stage Dance Academy in Sagamore Beach. Working time is 12-5 (only staying for time slot of piece you are auditioning for). Show date is February 7th, 2027.

More details to come following the end of our choreographer submissions on June 14th. If you haven't submitted yet, find the Google form below or in our instagram bio!

There's lots of options ranging from Beginner, Beginner/Intermediate, and Intermediate/Advanced levels!

HAPPY 4TH BIRTHDAY TO US 💕❤️

Today marks 4 years since our Grand Opening, and we’re feeling incredibly grateful! What started as a dream has grown into such a special community because of every client, instructor, and family who has supported us along the way.

It’s amazing to look back at how far we’ve come, especially knowing that so many of our instructors have been here since the very beginning. Thank you for believing in us, showing up, and making 721 the place it is today. We truly couldn’t have done it without all of you.

Yin yoga is a practice of slow passive movements that works connective tissues, joints, and tendons. In this series we will link the seasons of nature with principles of TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) to help stimulate qi ( vital energy) through the meridians (energy pathways). Each season offers a shift to help nourish both mind and body.

This class incorporates sound bowls for relaxing and healing sound frequencies. Bring a blanket, pillow, and bolster if you like.

NOW ACCEPTING CHOREOGRAPHER SUBMISSIONS for the THIRD annual Studio 721 Showcase! 🥳

The showcase will be February 7th 2027 at the Tilden Arts Center at Cape Cod Community College (time TBD but will be in the evening). Pieces will either be open level or auditioned. This will be determined after the choreographers are selected.
