Herrera Skeletons

Honestly, I'm surprised we haven't done this one previously!

Normally we change out our skeleton scene on Saturday or Sunday. However, we didn't get out new scene up until Tuesday (today) because we had a bit of a snow storm over the weekend and putting up skeletons when its cold and nasty is zero fun!

FIRST: let me say sorry for the delay folks!

SECOND: Skeletons are FINALLY up for the 2026 spooky season!

Now up... Creepy Puppetmaster and his puppet show.

I just wanted to make a post to let you all know that the skeletons have been delayed a little bit this year...

Our homeowner's insurance decided that some of the siding on our dormer (like 50 feet up) needed to be repaired/replaced or they were canceling the policy 😡🤬

Anyway we rented a lift and did the work ourselves. It was 100% the most terrifying experience of my life. Anyway. We decided to delay the skeletons until we got confirmation from the insurance company that our repairs were acceptable....

We didn't want to have a full display up in our yard only to have to redo repairs that might put our skeletons at risk. So anyway we are doing fewer weeks this year as a result. Sorry to disappoint!

It's getting close to that time of year...
Anyone have any unique ideas/suggestions?
