The annual celebration of Butte's Irish heritage (since 1882) is the annual St. In these modern times about 30,000 revelers converge on Butte's Historic Uptown District to enjoy the parade led by the Ancient Order of Hibernians and celebrate in bars such as Maloney's, the Silver Dollar Saloon, the M&M Cigar Store, and The Irish Times Pub. The yearly event brings in visitors from all over the world and doubles the city's population for the day. Patrick's Day in Butte,MT!

This is just a little info of the days activities. There is so much more going on so explore Butte. :)

Parade info:

The Parade starts at 12pm in uptown Butte and goes till around 2pm.

Bagpipers:

The amazing Edmonton Police Service Pipes and Drums will be performing all day across Butte America.

• 11:00 AM: The Springs 300 Mt. Highland Dr • 12:00 PM: Parade

• 1:00 PM: Metals Sports Bar & Grill 8 W. Park St

• 2:30 PM: Elks Lodge 206 W. Galena St

• 3:30 PM: Sam's Place 905 N. Excelsior Ave

• 5:00 PM: Shawn O'Donnell's Irish Pub 125 N. Main St

• 6:30 PM: Handing Down the Heritage 1340 Harrison Ave (Civic Center)

• 7:45 PM: Shenanigans 1000 S. Excelsior Ave.

• 8:30 PM: M&M Bar and Cafe 17 N. Main St.

Color run-

Starts at 4pm at Stodden Park

Live music:

Shawn O'Donnell's American Grub and Irish Pub woll have live music starting with Dubin Damon at 10:30am to 12pm, then at 12pm the Lone Piper Hart Greenwood.

Dublin Gulch will be live at the Butte Depot after the parade concludes after 2pm.

Richest Hill Casino and Lounge will have 2 bands today, 2pm - 4:30pm John Stenson and then at 5pm - 8pm King Friday.

The Miners Hotel Parking lot will have some Irish Punk music before and after the parade.

The Covellite Theatre has 5 bands and 2 stages for some non traditional Irish music starting at 2pm today.

Food:

Uptown

Terminal Meats will have tasty sausages and more during the parade.

Metals Sports Bar will be serving food all day.

Shawn O'Donnell's American Grub and Irish Pub will be serving food all day.

Downtown

Montana's Rib and Chop will be serving corned beef and cabbage all day.

Joe's Pasty is serving corned beef and cabbage all day.

It’s the perfect way to begin a week full of Irish pride, tradition, and Butte hospitality.
