My brother, Pete wrote this article. He is a veteran of two wars. Please take the time to read it. Veterans need more than just a "thank you". Take the time, reach out, have a conversation.

We are challenging people to spend 22 minutes on veterans between now and Veterans Day (Nov. 11), for whom a text, call, or visit can make the difference between life and death.

We will be closed tomorrow, June 8, for the funeral of our niece's husband. Any donation is appreciated, they are a lovely family with 4 children. A truly caring person, we are blessed to have had him in our lives.
