Today’s grant funded art classes were a great success! Mandi Mandi Magnuson-Hung led a wonderful collage workshop which yielded some pretty amazing results. It was fun to see the creative juices flowing as artists of all levels navigated the process. Thanks to Arts Guild New Jersey and the NJEDA, and all of today’s participants. A great introduction to linoleum printmaking led by Julie Julie DeLuccy . Participants carved, inked, and pulled their own unique prints, they all turned out so cool! Thanks to everyone who joined us and made this months Second Saturday classes a success! These free art classes are made possible by funding through the Arts Guild New Jersey New Jersey Economic Development Authority A.R.T. - Phase II Grant Program. Stay tuned for next month’s class!

Collage Workshop: 10 am—1 pm
Cut, layer and create from a variety of materials

Beginner Printmaking: 1 pm—4 pm
Learn the basics with your first linoleum block print

Today’s watercolor class at the Dime led by our in-house expert, Joe Hughes. We had a packed class learn everything they needed to know to make beautiful floral compositions. Bookbinding workshop today led by the talented Brigh Johnson today at the Dime!
We had 11 participants learn how to bind a brightly colored notebook, all for free thanks to the NJEDA and A.R.T.S. Phase II grant.
