Join Grief Worker Abby and Energy Healer Reverend JessieV for a gentle, hands-on experience designed to help you move your grief with care, intention, and support.
In this nurturing gathering, you can expect to:
✨ Enjoy light refreshments as you settle into your space
✨ Be welcomed with an opening blessing
✨ Work through guided journal prompts with supportive guidance
✨ Explore how grief mirrors nature through an educational reflection
✨ Experience a calming guided meditation
✨ Continue personal reflection with additional journaling
✨ Create and decorate your own planter pot, filled with a plant ally to support your healing journey 🌱
✨ Receive a closing blessing and prayer
Tickets are $25 and will include all materials
This new grief group offers a new, unique experience each month. You don’t have to carry grief alone. Come as you are, and allow yourself the space to be held, supported, and gently renewed.
