Singles tournament
Format 8 ball chip tournament.
*Tournament will be played on 12 - 7foot Diamond tables.*
Friday 8/14/26 . Doors open at 5:30pm.
The tournament starts at 7:00 pm. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU ARRIVE ONTIME! CONTACT KEN OR LISA IF YOU ARE RUNNING LATE.
$25 a person for members
$30 a person for non-members.
There will be an optional side pot for $20. 1 auction of everyone who did not buy them self in the side pot. The winner will get the whole field. Possibly a ⁰calcutta in the future. I want to make sure we have enough time for the tournament.

Chips will be assigned of your apa skill level , fargo rating " with a robustness 200 and over " If you don't have a rating I will give you a rating based off someones recommendation or my opinion. The number 1 factor is your elo rating. Elo is my computer system rating. My computer keeps track of everything you do at my tournaments. You can be raised or lowered at any time based off any of these factors.
2s and 3s will get 7 chips. Fargo 290⬇️= 2. 291-350=3
4s will get 6 chips. Fargo 351-409 = 4
5s will get 5 chips. Fargo 410-489 = 5
6s will get 4 chips Fargo 490-569 = 6
7s will get 3 chips. Fargo 570 - 650 = 7
650 Fargo and up get 2 chips.
Lag for the break. Rack your own.
Heads-up play will be alternating breaks.
Apa rules, but you must call your pocket.
Ball down safe.
You can't win or lose on the break.
Stay on the table as long as you can. You lose, you lose a chip. The last chip is standing wins.
No slow play. 15-minute match time. If you get caught slow playing, you will get a warning the first time. The second you will lose a chip. The 3rd DQ.
When I call your name, you have 5 minutes to get to the table and start your match. If you need to go outside or leave the area, please check with Ken or another tournament director to see when you will be up next.
Top 3 spots get paid out. Based off field.

💥 break and run 💥 We will be selling break and run tickets. They will be $5 a ticket. Purchase as many as you want. 1 ticket will be drawn, and that person will get 1 chance to break and run a 10 ball rack. Every ball will have a value basted off of the pot. You can stop at any time and collect that value. But if you miss the pot, it continues over to next week. We will draw the ticket before the chip tournament starts.
💥💥 All pre registration must be done before 12pm on that Friday of. All registration after 12 pm will not be acknowledged. Strongerly suggest pre registration before Friday as the 64 feild does get filled fast. Anyone after 64 will be put on a waiting list. If you are on the waiting list you must be present before the tournament start time to be entered in the tournament if a spot opens. All cancelation must be done before Friday. If you are a no call / no show 2 times you will not be aloud to pre register in the future! 💥💥
