Whether you are looking for short term or long term, we can accommodate. Most offices are fully furnished with chairs, couches, desks and knick-knacks that will make your production office feel more like your home office

. High speed internet, cleaning services that come three times per week and fully air conditioned. We also can facilitate your production needs whether you are shooting a music video, an interview show, a YouTube channel or a photography subject. Our room is equipped with lighting as well as white cyc room, green screen, blue screen and black backgrounds. There are two conference rooms at The Compound that can be rented out or come with renting a room. Come and strike your deals, meet with your team or just work quietly around the energy of like-minded businesses. Both conference rooms have full internet as well as white boards with erasers and markers for your usage. Our Conference Room A is equipped with a 55″ wall-mounted flat screen that runs Google Chromecast allowing you to connect your Chrome browser to the TV. It is also equipped with a tablet that has HBO GO, Netflix, YouTube, ESPN, and several other apps that are accessible. We also have ample space to conduct your workshops and receptions. We can seat up to 40 with or without a stage or podium. Cater your events, snack at the vending machines, hold your presentations on the projector screen…this space will surely suit your needs. Lastly but not least, we love to have castings at The Compound! Whether you utilize the reception area or lounge area, you can project a very professional atmosphere for your casting needs. We have plenty of rooms that will work for what you would like and can be fully customized.

The Compound Production house is a near 8,000 SQ FT entertainment building in the Media District of Burbank, CA. This vibrant, alive, and ultra creative space houses 16 rent-able offices for entertainment based businesses, a screening room with leather reclining chairs, a c*c production stage with green screen, a multi-purpose area for workshops, classes, and events, a podcast recording studio, an audio and music recording studio, 2 kitchens, conference rooms with a flat screen for presentation options, hair & make-up room and more! We have several entertainment offices available for rent. Whether you are looking for short term or long term leasing options, we can accommodate. We have options to rent fully furnished offices or offices that are open to decorate as you like. We also offer high speed internet, cleaning service options, air conditioning and all of our tenants have access to the building amenities. Our Production C*c Stage: This is a white C*c Production stage room with green screen and options for blue screen and black backgrounds. The room is also equipped with lighting. Conference Rooms: There are two conference rooms at The Compound that can be rented out or comes with renting a room. Come and strike your deals, meet with your team or just work quietly around the energy of like-minded businesses. The Avenue aka The Multi-Purpose Room: We also have ample space to conduct your workshops, classes, recitals, meetings, events, and receptions. We can seat up to 40 with or without a stage or podium, and 70 + guests for your special events. Cater your events, snack at the vending machines, hold your presentations on the projector screen…this space will surely suit your needs.

Podcast Recording Studio: Whether you are producing your own show or would like us to produce it for you, we have the tools and space to create a highly professional podcast show for you. We have an in-house engineer available, post production, voice overs, intro and outro music production and podcast distribution. Just let us know what you are looking for and we will make sure your needs are satisfied!

Hair & Make-up: At the Compound we have a dedicated hair & make-up room for all of the productions that take place in the building. This room is also available for independent artists and stylists that need a more professional setting for their clients. Bookings based on hourly and daily rate.
