The phrase “It takes a village” really is true when it comes to being an indie artist. I have so many people in my life who continue to champion and root for me. To my husband John Volk, your unfailing love and support is what keeps me going every day. You are my entire heart, my biggest muse, my best friend, the person with whom I want to spend every waking moment. Thank you for holding my hand through this entire journey. To David Brunelle, getting you on my team was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Thank you for being an incredible MD, songwriting partner, friend and brother in Christ. I can’t tell you how important you have been to my growth as an artist. To Anna Harrington, my right-hand woman, my friend, co-writer, creative director, assistant, consultant, biggest fan. I’m so blessed and honored to have someone who sees more in me than I could ever see in myself. You are truly a godsend and I’m grateful for all you do. Thank you to the incredible musicians that worked on the record but especially to my band: Griffin Wright, Coso Franklin and Andrew Reyes. Can’t wait for more fun times with you guys! Adrian Alvarado, Komica Purnell and Kevin Porter thank you for the time, energy,care and talent you put into making this record everything I could have possibly imagined.
