The program provided a pathway for writers seeking to enhance their skills in the episodic television writing space, learn about the business of television from executives and industry guests, and attend a master class on storytelling and collaborative creative writing.

Applications for WBD Access x Youku Script to Series program are now OPEN!

Launching for the first time in Asia Pacific, WBD Access and Youku are looking for 5 creative teams to have their series projects developed and potentially produced as a Chinese-language series. Over a 6-month period, a series of in-person workshops and virtual sessions will be delivered by internationally renowned mentors, culminating in a Pitch Day where teams will present their final ideas to a panel of WBD and Youku Executives. This program is an opportunity for creatives to work with Warner Bros. Discovery and Youku executives to elevate their stories for an international market.

Last music event of the year! Still buzzing from the inaugural WBD Access Composers Table, a first-of-its-kind event designed to bring together the Music teams at , , , and , along with a curated group of seasoned composers for an evening of connection, collaboration, and creative exchange.

The event gathered composers, music supervisors, and post producers in a relaxed, intimate setting to celebrate creativity, community, and connection. Each of our 20 participating composers was featured in a custom lookbook highlighting their artistry and career journeys, a true celebration of the incredible talent shaping today’s soundscape. And thanks to our generous in-kind sponsor, , every composer left with new tools to continue creating and innovating.

Special thanks to our partners in Branding and Client Partnerships for joining us in this effort and helping extend the impact of this gathering beyond our creative teams.

The WBD Access Composers Table reflects Warner Bros. Discovery’s ongoing commitment to elevating music talent and fostering a thriving, inclusive creative community across the entertainment industry.

What an inspiring day in New York City! The Warner Bros. Discovery Access Team, in partnership with the Recording Academy®, proudly hosted a dynamic, day-long symposium celebrating and empowering the next generation of music professionals.

Held at Warner Bros. Discovery’s New York offices, the event brought together producers, engineers, songwriters, composers, and executives for a day of conversation, creativity, and connection — exploring how music drives storytelling across film, television, and digital platforms.

We are proud to announce the 2025 Warner Bros. Discovery Access Production Management Cohort.

The WBD Access x HBO & HBO Max Production Management program aims to expand the pool of talent to grow into future Line Producers by identifying 6 high-performing candidates that exhibit a deep interest in being a Line Producer for the long-term. Participants attended a week-long intensive in Los Angeles to uplevel their skill set and have the opportunity to build connections with the best in the business through mentorship and a networking event.

We are proud to announce the 2025 Warner Bros. Discovery Access Unlock Unscripted Cohort.

The WBD Access Unlock Unscripted program aims to identify high-performing, mid-level unscripted producers from across the globe who aspire to get to the next level or gain exposure in different genres of reality. Producers went through a week-long program intensive to expand their skill set and gain exposure to WBD executives and production companies to cultivate relationships for future opportunities.
