Elle Jeffrey explains his styling process via instagram. “The original Dress Did not Come with sleeves on it ,however Chrisean Wanted Sleeves on this dress to make it perfect for her.”

He goes on to say “With out hesitation , I made 1 phone call to to Add custom sleeves on the dress & in less than 2hrs. This dress had sleeves! Thank you so much for getting this done on such a last minute notice. Special Thank you to my style team
& tailor That was on set who made sure we had nothing but the perfect fit.”

Nia Long sat down with Drew Barrymore on her show early this week and talked about why she wasn’t casted for the role of Alex Mundy for Charlie’s Angels.

After Nia auditioned for the movie she waited for a call from her agent in hopes of booking the role. Long would soon find out that she did not get the job and the feed back as to why she wasn’t casted was a little bazaar.

Nia said “ I found out I didn’t get the role because my eyebrows were too sophisticated and I looked too old standing next to Drew.” The role was given to actress Lucy Liu.

Drew goes on to say "I was mortified when I heard because Nan and I would never speak like that and as far as age that’s the stupidest thing because you’re actually the same exact age as Lucy Liu so how is that possible?"

Although Nia does not hold any grudges and does not blame Drew and her producing partner. She does believe that the decision to not cast her had nothing to do with her age and was solely based on her race.

Nia clears the air by saying “I’m glad we’re having the conversation because black women and white women, women period, we need to talk, we need to stay in communication because at the end of the day it’s hard for all women in this industry, I don’t care who you are. It’s harder for us, there’s less roles, there’s less diversity. We have to keep the dialogue going so I appreciate you being brave enough to sit with me and have this conversation."
