We’re holding auditions for the smash-hit holiday musical Winter Wonderettes, and we need four fabulous performers to help us save Harper’s Hardware Holiday Party. If you can harmonize, handle a metric ton of hairspray, and sing 1960s pop classics without blinking, we want you!
Grab your bobby pins and get ready to rock.

THE ROLES:
🎀 Cindy Lou: The resident diva. High notes, higher hair, major attitude. (Soprano)
🤓 Missy: The control freak with a clipboard. Sweet voice, but she runs the show. (Soprano)
🍼 Suzy: The bubbly package of pure joy. Cheerful, cute, a little dizzy. (Alto)
👟 Betty Jean: The tomboy. Self-appointed clown, rich soul voice, fights with Cindy Lou. (Alto)

We're looking for two exceptional performers to bring this intimate, emotionally rich musical to life.

August 16th (Sunday) at 2 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. and August 17th (Monday) at 6:30 p. m. to 8:00 p.m. at Flagler Playhouse, 301 E Moody Blvd., Bunnell FL 32110. Directed by Les Ober.

Show dates: November 6-15, 2026.

CATHY HIATT ~ A talented actress whose dreams don't always match reality, Cathy is warm, funny, vulnerable, and deeply relatable. The role requires a performer with strong acting instincts, emotional honesty, and the ability to carry both heartbreak and hope. A beautiful contemporary musical theater voice with expressive storytelling is essential.

JAMIE WELLERSTEIN ~ A charismatic young novelist whose career takes off as his marriage begins to unravel. Jamie is confident, ambitious, charming, and flawed. We're seeking a performer with strong vocal ability, emotional range, and the charisma to portray both the excitement of success and the complexities of love and ambition.

Because The Last 5 Years is told from two different timelines, these performers must be compelling storytellers who can connect deeply with an audience. Cathy tells the story backward from the end of the marriage, while Jamie tells it forward from the beginning. Their paths cross only once—during their wedding in the unforgettable duet, "The Next Ten Minutes."
