Tejas Rodeo produces a competitive rodeo every Saturday night March-November, with live bands, Texas BBQ and other food and drinks, along with great dancing on rodeo nights. The steak that keeps people coming back to Tejas 🤠🥩

Our signature KC Steak is made from Texas Akaushi cattle, known for intense marbling, rich buttery flavor, and incredible tenderness. We hand-cut it into 2 oz. medallions, season it generously with our Tejas rub, and sear it hot on the flat top for the perfect crust and flavor. We highly recommend ordering it medium rare.
