I want to give everybody a firm reminder that the board is a volunteer board. We are human, we make mistakes, and things fall through the cracks. We will gladly own up to our shortcomings and do what we can to make things right always.

HOWEVER, we will not tolerate harassment or any other poor conduct by participants and/or their families. This is the one and only reminder. Any slander, harassment, etc. will not be tolerated.

We are more than happy to address questions & concerns and we, as a board, believe in transparency and open and honest communication.

There is an issue that has been raised due to come issues on our end in regards to mailing out some checks to a participant who was passing through. We have owned up to our short comings on our ends in regards to getting them mailed out. However, concerns about withholding any amount from checks is inaccurate. The payout breakdown % has been, and always will be, in our rules, and are available to the public.

There will be a separate post showing the breakdown from the specific rodeo in question for full transparency. Please let us know if there are any other questions or concerns.

KAT’s Korner will NOT be at the rodeo on Sunday!

✅Slight change of roping events order so our board can stay organized and be prepared for awards and the meeting:

🐴Sunday’s order will go: Team roping, steer stopping, steer breakaway and finish with calf breakaway.🐴

Please pick up checks & year end prizes after the rodeo at the awards banquet Sunday! If you are unable to attend Sunday, please let a board member know so we can get things together for you to pick up at a later date.

A LONG HOUSEKEEPING POST BUT PLEASE READ!

⭐️POINTS AS OF 6/30. I will have 7/7 points posted before the rodeo Tuesday.⭐️

‼️7/19 RODEO WILL START AT 10AM‼️

🍦🍦FOLLWOING THE RODEO WILL BE AN ICE CREAM SOCIAL! The board will work on finalizing results and points and getting ready for awards during this time. We need a few volunteers to help serve ice cream. If you’re willing to help please text gabby at 307-752-5014🍦🍦

🗳️We will have our members meeting following awards! We had a few trial runs for some things this year that we will vote on to determine if they become permanent changes or not! Your voice counts!🗳️
