If you have not already done so, please print, fill out, and mail in to get your membership taken care of at the discounted rate otherwise it goes up by $10 AFTER May 1st! Memberships must be payed BEFORE the rodeo to qualify for points so don't wait until last minute to get those in!

- ENTRIES WILL BE TAKEN AND PAID ONLINE ONLY THROUGH NEXGEN! It was voted on at the meeting to continue to use NEXGEN for entries and the members will accrue the $5 app fee. This means that with every weekly entry, you will pay an additional $5 fee on top of the entry fee. Because payments will be ONLINE ONLY there will be an additional credit card processing fee. ENTRIES WILL CLOSE AT 5PM THE NIGHT OF THE RODEO! There will be no late entries accepted. The ability to go cashless for entries will allow the board to streamline the entries and post draws in a more efficient manner. This will also allow an ease of use for tracking results in the NEXGEN app.
-Points will be updated WEEKLY. No more guessing with results and tentative points. Results SHOULD be posted no later than Thursday following the rodeo, but most results and points will be updated Wednesday. We as a board, are working hard to make the rodeos more enjoyable and low-stress for EVERYONE involved and we know ya'll are just as excited as we are to see how you placed and check your weekly standings.
-ATTENTION ALL ROPERS: This year we are going to run a trial using the eye barrier for ALL roping events. We are hoping this will help with safety as well as eliminating as much human error as possible to keep the rodeo safe and fair for everyone involved. Members will vote at the meeting at the awards banquet on whether or not we modify the current bylaws to make this change permanent.
-Age Divisions are ass follows:
*P*eWee: 0-6
*Junior: 7-10
*Senior: 11-14
*Open: 15+
