Art Resource is run by Emily Tucker & Christopher Kameck. We believe that art has impact. Make the choice to enhance your environment with fine art.

Our mission is to expand outside of the traditional white box gallery, engaging new, diverse audiences, while demonstrating the power of creativity to positively change a community. RESOURCE: ART is a unique collaboration that brings together the talents of two independent Western New York gallerists: Elisabeth Samuels (Indigo Art) and Emily Tucker (Benjaman Contemporary). Samuels and Tucker have professional relationships with a wide range of artists and access to an enormous selection of artwork, including painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture, fiber and mixed media works, as well as site specific commissioned installation. Every project is a unique collaboration; we create compelling art solutions that express the value, vision and culture of each individual client.

The Old First Ward is where our founder, Chris Kameck, grew up, and it’s a neighborhood that means so much to both of us. Tomorrow’s Old First Ward Arts & Heritage Festival is a chance to celebrate those roots and bring people together through art.

Many hands, many stories, one beautiful place to land. 🦋

We installed A Place to Land in preparation for Jericho Road’s gala, bringing together silk butterflies handcrafted by Vive Shelter residents and community members under the guidance of artist Ginny O’Brien.

Each butterfly carries something of the person who made it. Together, they invite us to reflect on migration, belonging, and the strength we find in one another.

It has been a joy for Art Resource to help bring this project to life, connecting communities through art and supporting Jericho Road’s work with our neighbors.

A sneak peek into Kyle Butler’s studio has us countinging down to opening night! ✨

We popped into Portal at the Niagara Frontier Food Terminal over the weekend, where a remarkable community of artists has made it one of Buffalo’s most exciting creative spaces.

Seeing Kyle’s new work made us even more excited for his solo exhibition, Commotion, opening in just a few weeks.

We can’t wait to share it with you!

Many hands, many stories, one beautiful work of art.

Last night, our final workshop brought people from different communities together to create silk butterflies under the guidance of artist Ginny O’Brien.

Together with the output of our first two workshops, these butterflies will form an installation for Jericho Road’s gala, reflecting on migration, acceptance, and belonging.

It has been a joy to support Jericho Road through the healing power of art-making, connecting communities through a shared act of creativity and care.

This is where Commotion started. 👀

Kyle Butler at work during the first Intensive Raft Residency at Mirabo Press, a week of making, experimenting, printing, and pushing new ideas.

Now, that work is making its way to TENfold.

Commotion, Kyle’s solo exhibition, opens October 23, bringing together new painting, print, and sculpture, including work created during his residency.

The Raft Residency was created in honor of Elisabeth Samuels, and her belief in artists, experimentation, and the power of creativity to unite a community.

We can’t wait for you to see where this new program has led.

🦋 TOMORROW AT TENfold!🦋

Join us Tuesday, September 29 for Painting Silk with Ginny O’Brien, a hands-on evening of color, silk, and making.

This workshop continues our project supporting Jericho Road Community Health Center. Together with Ginny, participants are creating painted silk works that will become part of an installation for Jericho Road’s upcoming gala, before returning to their space to live on beyond the event.
