Art Resource

Art Resource Art Resource is run by Emily Tucker & Christopher Kameck. We believe that art has impact. Make the choice to enhance your environment with fine art.

Our mission is to expand outside of the traditional white box gallery, engaging new, diverse audiences, while demonstrating the power of creativity to positively change a community. RESOURCE: ART is a unique collaboration that brings together the talents of two independent Western New York gallerists: Elisabeth Samuels (Indigo Art) and Emily Tucker (Benjaman Contemporary). Samuels and Tucker have

professional relationships with a wide range of artists and access to an enormous selection of artwork, including painting, printmaking, photography, sculpture, fiber and mixed media works, as well as site specific commissioned installation. Every project is a unique collaboration; we create compelling art solutions that express the value, vision and culture of each individual client.

Join us on Saturday, June 6 from 12–3 PM for a family-friendly afternoon of art making and community with Miggie Wong at the Scott Bieler Center at BestSelf Behavioral Health located at 899 Main Street in Buffalo, NY.

The event celebrates the launch of a collaborative project centered around Wong’s large-scale drawing *Migratory House: Franklin 556 (2026)*, reflecting on BestSelf’s former location and the memories and care connected to that space.

Guests of all ages are invited to help color the large-scale drawing together, with additional prints available to color, take home, or add to a growing community exhibition wall.

This event also marks the beginning of a broader partnership grounded in the belief that creativity can heal, uplift, and bring people together.

The images shared here feature Miggie Wong with another of her works currently installed at BestSelf and the collaborative drawing waiting to be adorned with our marks.

We’re so grateful to Buffalo Rising for sharing the story of The Raft Residency.

This program means a lot to us. Created in partnership with Mirabo Press and in honor of our founder Elisabeth Samuels, it’s our way of supporting artists with the time, space, and care needed to create something lasting.

We’ll be marking this first moment on May 30 at TENfold Gallery, with a film premiere, conversation, and the release of the first residency publication.

This is just the beginning 🤍

Last night felt special.

Standing on Buffalo’s East Side, we unveiled a public art piece by MJ Myers that doesn’t just live on the wall, it lives in the neighborhood, in its history, and in the people who shaped it.

MJ spoke about the influence of Thomas Hart Benton and Diego Rivera, and you can feel that lineage of storytelling, of honoring working people, of holding truth and dignity in public view. And at the same time, this piece is unmistakably rooted right here in Broadway–Fillmore.

So much gratitude to Art Services Inc., Assemblyman Patrick Burke, Chris Hawley, and Eugene V. Debs Hall for embodying the resolve and care that this mural reflects.

And to our own Chris Kameck, thank you for the steady, behind-the-scenes work that made this possible. Truly.

This is why we do what we do. Moments like this. Spaces like this. Community, held in plain sight.

Join us at TENfold Gallery on Saturday, May 9 from 12–4 PM as we celebrate World Collage Day with artist Jacob Kedzierski.

We have loved hosting Jacob’s workshops, and this one is especially exciting. It connects our community to a global moment of creativity happening all over the world.

Stop by during our open hours, spend some time with materials, and create your own collage in the gallery. No experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to play.

Registration is not required, but preferred.

We are grateful to the Office of Councilman Mitch Nowakowski and The Zemsky Family Foundation for their support of our workshop program.

At Art Resource, we often talk about what it means to support artists and communities in ways that feel both intentional and lasting. This Thursday, a new mural arrives on Buffalo’s East Side, honoring three lives that helped shape the Broadway Fillmore neighborhood.

Created by MJ Myers and supported by Art Resource, the work holds memory in place while opening space to reflect on what comes next.

Behind the scenes, Christopher Kameck shaped the experience of the piece, ensuring it can be seen as it was meant to be seen, in light and over time.

With gratitude to Art Services Inc. of Western New York and Assemblyman Patrick Burke for conceptualizing this project and inviting us to help bring it to life.

Join us Thursday at 6 PM at Eugene V. Debs Hall.
