You'll lead fieldwork, mentor junior staff, and work directly with clients across oil and gas, renewable energy, and federal/state agencies.

$95,000-$120,000/year + full benefits. Master's in Anthropology/Archaeology and 5+ years in CRM (2+ supervisory) required.

We're hiring! Grouse Mountain is looking for 3 temporary skid steer operators to support a mine reclamation and channel restoration project near Kaycee, WY.

📅 Oct. 15 to Dec. 15 (start date has some flexibility)
💵 $25+/hour, based on experience
🕗 Monday through Friday, overtime available
🚜 Equipment provided and employer-paid MSHA training

Must have skid steer experience, be safety-minded, and be able to pass a pre-employment drug test.

Meet Jay Holt, our Stormwater Specialist!

Jay's been part of the Grouse Mountain Environmental Consultants crew since 2017, and honestly, we don't know what we'd do without him. He keeps our stormwater plans and BMP installations running smoothly across Wyoming and Montana, all while somehow still finding time to survive the occasional skunk encounter in the field.

What we love most? Jay says it best himself: "It's a smaller company and I know everybody that's in the company. I have a personal relationship with my bosses." That's the Grouse Mountain difference right there.

When he's not out in the field, you'll find him gardening, golfing, or hanging out with his mountain corgi (the best one there ever was, according to Jay).
