Just a little fun I was having messing around on my skates getting more comfortable with them again.
One kid was asleep, one went with daddy to the store and one was left hanging out with me. So I seen an opportunity to get in a skate seshh when I could.
Also sooo excited my came in.

Mental illness can look different for so many people. And most people will not be diagnosed for different reasons. I hate it! Ive seen waay too many family members deal with things. Its so difficult.

Gods word for me at the beginning of the year was “DO THE WORK, SO YOU CAN HELP OTHERS DO THE WORK.”

Doing work of the mind is one of the hardest things I’ve worked on this year. Its harder to do the work then it is to allow the mind to wander and stay stuck. But I’m so passionate about helping others And being whole for myself and my family. So I will continue to do this work for all who will need my help one day. 🙌🏽
