Wv Rising Stars Welcome! My name is Courtney Simmons & I am the director over Wv Rising Stars. We are a traveling competition group. No parades. I do not charge a monthly fee.

We are a competition twirl and dance group out of Upshur Co.,Wv. We do travel outside of West Virginia. Drama free group, all my girls are like sisters. Please message me/text/call if you have any questions. We would love to have you!
