The scarecrows are out! We chose this lovely lady because she is dressed like the women in this 1920s/30s photo, one of the only photos of the building we know of with women in it.

One of our lunch diners sent this picture of her aunt to us, who worked at Clark. Cheers to the females who also helped grow Buchanan's only Fortune 500 company.

REMINDER:
The Loading Dock is closed for a private event today. The restaurant is not open. The parking lot will be open for private event parking only.
Chunk’s traffic must use 3rd Street/Skyline during events at The Loading Dock.
Parking for The Loading Dock is accessed via Front Street in downtown Buchanan. The main lot is on the west side of the event building, between the duck pond and The Loading Dock.
The overflow lot is to the north, past Chunk’s Ice Cream. Refer to parking map provided for further information and details.
The City of Buchanan also has several public lots available for event parking.
The parking lot next to Citgo to the south of The Loading Dock is not event parking for The Loading Dock.
