We are so grateful to have received a grant from Monday Musical Club, Inc. in support of our 2026 Summer Concert Series! This generous support allows us to continue offering free, family-friendly, and accessible chamber music concerts in our community. 🎶 Exciting news for our Southwest Michigan arts community! 🎶

Monday Musical Club is absolutely thrilled to announce that we have awarded $24,000 in grants to 11 incredible local schools and non-profit organizations for 2026!

From funding needs-based scholarships and expanding high school music libraries to providing instruments for children and sponsoring free educational concerts, these grants are all about keeping the arts alive and accessible in Berrien County.

Join us in congratulating this year’s amazing recipients: Jazz Reach Acorn; Children's proudction of Wizard of Oz; the adult string orchestra Citadel; the YAP and CircEsteem programs at GhostLight; Solo and Ensemble library expansion High School; the multi-generational community choir @ Lincoln Township Public Library; instruments at he holiday concert for LOGAN Community Resources; summer scholarships at Performing Arts Workshop; the summer three-concert series at the Roti Roti Art Center; large instrument rental for St. Joseph High School's trip to Italy; and concert seats for local 4th graders at the Southwest Michigan Symphony Orchestra.

Meet Roti Roti Art Center Executive Director, Michael Fiedorowicz!

Michael started in April 2025, and he has enjoyed meeting people in the Buchanan community and throughout Michiana. He has been charged with Art Center programs, strengthening community relationships, and nurturing creativity through the RRAC. He brings 35 years of experience from a variety of museums and arts organizations.

"I am grateful to be a part of the energetic RRAC community, and in particular to promote the excellent Summer Concert Series. I love music, and I am eager to work with Dr. Kam to bring many new people to the concerts."

Meet our Summer Concert Series founder and director, Geena Kam!

Geena first visited the Roti Roti Art Center in 2019 during a gallery reception and immediately fell in love with the space. Surrounded by the work of artists and the rich history of the building, she saw a unique opportunity to bring live music into this cultural hub and enrich the community of Buchanan!

Since then, Geena has worked tirelessly each year to plan the series, raising funds, inviting musicians, hosting events, and ensuring that every performance runs smoothly.

Thank you to everyone who came to this season’s final concert last Sunday. The trio showcased a variety of tunes, including Darius’s own compositions. The concert was filled with excitement and energy!
