this is being re-posted as a lot of people have been asking about the status of Glow-A-Rama and Studio 198. first we wish to thank all our supporters.

Here is the post:

This is an ongoing legal issue, so we can not provide any information about the case. However, we will say , that we do not agree with the town stopping the dances for any reason. Studio 198 was good for the town and the participants, it kept the kids from being on the streets or in parking lots-- they were in a safe checked environment and Studio 198 with Glow-a-Rama brought tourists to town, which could have only benefited this town that is now 99% closed and empty street most of the time. Maybe Buchanan needs to look at their policies that they feel have worked so well that only a few businesses now exist and its town is empty of visitors.

The Town of Buchanan has seen fit to decide that our
Teen dances - that keep Teen's in a safe environment, with proper supervision and off the streets, is a bad thing - they said "we don't want kids in town!"

Then they went about stopping all dances and now we are forced to close due to their restrictions on our business and the courts denial of our representing ourselves in court.

We just wanted to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support~ Glow-A-Rama

Glow-A-Rama will be closed on Saturday July 26th and reopen on August 2nd at 12:00 to the general public.
