Today is the day from 3-6!

We will have the Humane Society on hand with some puppies to adopt, Downtown Buchanan Revitalization selling hot dogs and drinks, and gift cards to Los Cowboys II, Buchanan Pizza and Wings, Sparrow on the Square and of course a few cash prizes. As always, all the prizes are free due to our sponsors below but please consider throwing a few dollars to the Humane Society or DBR to help them out!

They’ll even be bringing some dogs you can adopt!

We’re back in April! Saturday, 4/4/26 at Buchanan Library Square. 145 Van Wert St. Buchanan, GA 30113.

This cruise-in will benefit the Downtown Buchanan Revitalization group, who have always been super supportive and will be on hand selling hot dogs, chips, and drinks, and the Haralson County Humane Society.

The Humane Society will be bringing with them some animals and hopefully they find their forever homes! They’ve gone through some really positive changes lately and are working hard to place every animal in a loving home. As a community, we should help however we can — financially or through adoption.

Our sponsors have graciously donated several hundred dollars with James O’Neal Dodge sponsoring us monthly towards our 50/50 raffle. We will also split between cash door prizes for bringing a vehicle, gift certificates to local restaurants and shops and a direct donation to the Humane Society and DBR.

Buchanan City Hall has approved the use of every parking spot surrounding the library side, giving us plenty of space. Buchanan also has several restaurants and shops within walking distance, so be sure to check those out too.

This is a free cruise-in, but any donations given during April will benefit the Humane Society.

Rain or shine — we had way too many cancellations last year. This cruise in will be the first Saturday of April, May, June, and August, and September. NOTE:
WE WILL NOT HAVE ONE IN JULY SINCE THE FIRST SATURDAY FALLS ON THE 4TH

This Saturday rain or shine! We have cash prizes, gift certificates from Los Cowboys II, Buchanan City Pizza and Wings, The Crafty Rabbit Meadery BBQ & Eatery, and Sparrow on the Square. Just bring a vehicle and you’re eligible to win any of the above prizes. Although we are able to give out so many prizes for free due to our sponsors, donations are definitely welcome as all money raised will benefit the Haralson County Humane Society this month. Unfortunately, theres no perfect answer and I just go based on the messages I receive from people who are not attending due to the weather and since the radar is not looking good (as well as its currently raining in Buchanan) the Cruise In for today is cancelled. We don’t want anyone trapped in bad weather going home or coming- Hope to see everyone next year.
