🚨 We’re Hiring: Full-Time General Manager 🚨
Central Arkansas Inflatables Indoor Park + Rentals

Central Arkansas Inflatables is looking for a dependable and motivated Full-Time General Manager to help oversee both our indoor park and rental operations.

This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, great with people, and able to think on their feet. The General Manager will help keep daily operations running smoothly while supporting our team and providing a great experience for our customers.

Position Details:
• Full-time position, 36–40 hours per week
• Pay: $35,000–$50,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications
• Weekend availability required
• Benefits/perks to be discussed based on experience and role fit

Responsibilities may include:
• Overseeing daily indoor park operations
• Coordinating rental schedules and logistics
• Communicating with customers
• Supporting and helping manage staff
• Problem-solving and handling day-to-day business needs
• Helping maintain a clean, safe, and positive environment for customers and employees

We’re looking for someone who has:
• Strong customer service skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Dependability and a strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently
• Willingness to learn all areas of the business
• A positive attitude and professional communication skills

Preferred, but not required:
• Management experience
• Logistics or scheduling experience
• Experience leading a team or working in a customer-facing business

This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to be part of a growing, family-owned local business and take on a meaningful leadership role.
