Come by StageCenter next First Friday for a special musical fundraiser put on by The Carter Family!

This event is free to attend, but all proceeds in tip jars will support our theatre directly! What's better than live music and a comfortable seat? AC! Also, our concession bar will be open for purchasing snacks and cold drinks! Come and go as you please, we'd love to have you!

Who is The Carter Family?

"Robert and I first played music at StageCenter in 2009, with our son, Graham, and our friend (and fellow StageCenter volunteer) Julie Hoyle. We had been playing retirement communities and bars together for several years. Soon after the benefit, we played for a dinner theater. Then in May 2011, we provided all the music for a show, Grace and Glorie, pre-show, scene breaks, intermission and a post show gospel sing-along!

Robert and I (and sometime Julie) have returned to playing at retirement communities recently. We are grateful to have the opportunity to play at StageCenter again!"

There are still A FEW SPOTS LEFT for tonight! We can't wait to see those of you who registered tonight at StageCenter for our Stage Make Up Workshop featuring our amazing make up artists and teachers for the night Dr. Jessica Steels and Kristyn Bradshaw!

Grab a friend and sign up! This is a FREE event, though you'll be given a suggested supply list you're welcome to come prepared with. This is not necessary thought. For those who can't make it, keep an eye out for other workshops we'd like to put on in the future!

Last night of auditions for An Inspector Calls TONIGHT! We are kicking off our 2026-2027 season with An Inspector Calls. Set in 1912, this dramatic play centers on the interrogation of the wealthy Birling family by a mysterious Inspector Goole.

And that's a wrap. From the first read-through to the final bow, Ken Ludwig's Moriarty: A New Sherlock Holmes Adventure has been an incredible journey. To our cast, crew, volunteers, sponsors, and audiences: Thank you for believing in community theatre. Every production is a team effort, and this one would not have been possible without countless hours of work behind the scenes and the enthusiastic support of our community.

A special thank you to our director, Jennifer Hargis, for leading this production with creativity, passion, and dedication. We are also deeply grateful to Alan Bryant for underwriting this production and helping make live theatre possible at StageCenter.
