Thank you, Taylor Bash for teaching another amazing class at Light + Art studio! We learned how to make flowers and a small trinket dish with air dry clay. We also learned that you can color air dry clay with markers! So much fun. And thank you to the Oaks Family Care Center Brunswick for allowing us to use your space for community and creativity!

CALL FOR ARTISTS

We are excited to announce that the submission for our first Juried Exhibition is now open!

Artists are invited to submit one piece of art for consideration now through April 14. Entry for this Art Exhibition is FREE.

Cash Prizes:
1st Place: $500
2nd Place: $350
3rd Place: $100

Juried Art Show** - April 30-May 3
Art Drop-Off Dates: January 13, 27, February 10, 24, March 10, 17, April 14 (5:30–7:30 p.m.)
Drop off at Oaks Family Care Center Brunswick, 4196 Center Rd

Entry Guidelines:
Open to adults and students ages 14 and older.
Eligible media: Drawing, Painting, Photography, and Digital Design.
Work must be 2-dimensional, matted and/or framed, ready to hang; not to exceed 36” x 36”.

Each entry must include: Artist’s Name, Title of Work, Medium, Grade + School (if student)

Judging: April 2026 by local art professionals

Art Show:
Dates: April 30–May 3, 2026 at Christ Church 23080 Royalton Road, Columbia Station, OH

Artist Reception:
May 1, 2026 at 7 p.m.— featuring music, elegant appetizers & refreshments at Christ Church, 23080 Royalton Road, Columbia Station

Art Pick-Up: May 3*, 2026 (12:00–3:00 p.m.) at Christ Church

*Artwork not picked up by May 3 will become the property of Light + Art Studio or may be disposed of.
