Our Into the Woods cast has officially reached the stage of rehearsals where:

* random harmonies break out in the lobby
* someone is always carrying bread
* the princes are dramatically suffering for absolutely no reason
* “I was just acting” has become a daily phrase
* and nobody trusts strangers offering beans anymore

Honestly, the woods may not be safe… but rehearsals have been hilarious.

Please stop scaring the cast of Into the Woods.

Every time someone says, “Oh wow… I haven’t bought my tickets yet,” another actor loses a little bit of sanity during rehearsal. The Baker is stressed. Cinderella is running. Jack is climbing things he shouldn’t. The Witch is… honestly handling it pretty well.

Behind the scenes at Into The Woods has been equal parts magic, chaos, laughter, and “wait…who took my prop?”

From late night rehearsals to cast members trying not to laugh during serious scenes, this cast has been working incredibly hard while somehow still managing to have way too much fun along the way. These are the moments audiences don’t always get to see — the friendships forming, the inside jokes, the quick costume changes, the choreography run-throughs, and the pure excitement of bringing this story to life.

The woods may be dark… but rehearsals have been anything but boring.
