If you have ever looked for a Realtor you know how difficult it can be to evaluate them, the brokerage and if they work for you or a commission check..... I have to say there is no easy way, even with word of mouth, as what is important to one person may not be the same for another. I am a good Realtor, give 150% for my clients and represent them as if they were my family. I want to make a decent commission but that will not stand in the way of my clients needs and financial situations, my client is in full control of the process and I guide them through with knowledge, compassion and integrity. I am not a Salesperson I am a Real Estate Consultant, I am responsible for all of my own MLS, Board, broker fees and percentages, signs, marketing materials, vehicle, gas, cell phone etc payments, I am required to maintain a State of Ohio Real estate License, have 30 hours of Continuing education per year, and practice a required code of ethics. I do this because I love helping people list and sell homes and I have a passion for Real Estate. But in the last 2 years the industry has undergone more changes, in an ever shifting market than i ever seen. I believe it is more important than ever that prospective clients have a trusted Real Estate Advocate to navigate for them in this sea of continuing changes. As you read this and wonder what does she want? All I ask is is this the type of Realtor you would be looking for? or are there other attributes that you feel are more important to you? Please comment below, and thank you in advance.
