Exciting things coming to Gamer's Lair!

Exciting News!!

I’m SO excited to officially announce Mahjong classes will be coming soon to Gamer's Lair! If you’ve been wanting to learn Mahjong or you’ve taken a beginner class and are ready to build your confidence, we have TWO classes coming up in October!

💚 MAHJONG 101 — Beginner Class
Wednesday, October 14 | 6:00 PM
$40 per person
No experience needed! We’ll start from the beginning and walk through the tiles, the NMJL card, setting up the game, the Charleston, basic game play and how to start building a winning hand.

💜 MAHJONG 102 / GUIDED PLAY
Monday, October 26 | 6:00 PM
$35 per person
Already know the basics? This class is all about putting it together from choosing a direction on the card, what to keep and discard, recognizing overlap, knowing when to pivot, defensive play and lots of guided hands-on practice!
Mahjong 101 or another beginner American Mahjong class is a prerequisite.

📍 Gamer’s Lair | Brunswick, Ohio
All tiles, racks, mats and supplies are provided!

🔗 Registration for Mahjong 101 is OPEN NOW: see comments for Sign-up Link!

I’ll also be creating official Facebook Events for BOTH sessions soon, so stay tuned for those!

I’m so excited to bring Sweet Dash of Mahj to a brand-new location and introduce even more people to this ridiculously fun and addicting game.

Tag your Brunswick-area friends who need to come learn Mahj with me!
