🧸🪀Absolute Superman is about to introduce one of the Man of Steel's most iconic villains, and DC is already hyping him up in a big way.

According to the solicitation for Absolute Superman #23, Superman's hunt for Brainiac will bring him face-to-face with the Absolute Universe's version of Toyman, who may be "the most terrifying villain" he has encountered yet.

That's a bold claim considering the threats Superman has already faced in the Absolute Universe.

Toyman has long been one of Superman's strangest rogues, often walking the line between whimsical and deeply unsettling. If DC is teasing this version as a genuinely terrifying presence, it sounds like the Absolute Universe may be taking the character in a much darker direction.

The solicitation also promises that the encounter will leave Superman shaken in ways he never thought possible.
