Summer of ‘26!🍦 I made brookie, berry cheesecake and chocolate waffle cones. The brookie and cheesecake is from the heb bakery on Central. Very sugary, delicious texture 🌻

Day 1! Our girls worked on Pilates, Ballet Barre, across the floors, stretching, socialization, character building and learned a jazz dance! We will see you tomorrow for Day 2 🌻

Here is my father and I in 1982, taking a “TV” photo. He loved to take, “TV” photos every year on my birthday. As time passed and I reached my pre teen years, they stopped. As Father’s Day approaches this coming weekend, some fathers really find joy in creating their own traditions, and maybe they don’t make sense at the time, just go with it! My father kept me safe, whether it was driving in his Grand Marquis, providing basic needs and going beyond. I know if he were here today, he would adore my daughter, Madison. When I told him 15 years ago that if I had a daughter, I would name her Madison after the address 628 Madison St, which is the street he lived on and had their family businesses. His response was “and her nickname would be Madi…”. Happy Father’s Day! I hope you enjoy your weekend, you deserve it!
