I’m an artist. I have been teaching high school art for 24 years. I run a small business. I am a mother to two amazing sons and wife to the most supportive man. I love to go for a long run along a pristine golf course and sit in the sunshine. Running during sunrise, driving past farmland in south Jersey, wandering through Main Line gardens, and relaxing at the shore are all experiences that inspire my color palettes and perspectives. I love listening to buyers’ connections to my works. I love the feel of pulling oil paint along a wooden panel with my brush. I love to paint what I see beauty in, and have to keep telling myself that I don’t have to stick to a particular style. Painting for me is a journey, the air I breathe, and I am grateful to all who have supported me through the years. If you are new here, I just wanted to say hello! 👋

Come out to support an amazing cause and pick up some early Mother’s Day gifts while you’re at it! I will be joining a great group of vendors at this event selling small prints and originals! I have larger paintings for sale on the walls, and 10% of everything I sell is going to The Miracle League of Delaware County, where everyone deserves to play baseball!
It’s a nice pop-up shop for a great organization!

Flower Portrait Series. Looking forward to having these photographed along with a few others this weekend by .

Flowers are one of those first signs of growth and spring. Blooming is a milestone that we look forward to, and try to appreciate the beauty while it lasts.

As a mom of two boys, one a teenager and the other always managing to cover himself in dirt within an hour after a shower… as much as they leave dirty socks randomly in the middle of the house or greasy handprints on the glass door… someday I’m going to miss those things. Those little reminders of my boys, growing up in our home, someday won’t be here anymore.

I’m trying to look at things differently, because there is beauty in so many things, and I try to capture that in my art. These simple flowers no longer exist, but I tried to capture the fleeting essence of their brief existence with my brush so that the way the flowers made me feel can still linger a little longer. 💙🌸🧦

It’s been a while friends! It’s been rough getting back to painting, finding the time around the kids’ schedule and my work schedule. But I know once I start up again, a new body of work will form.

In a new year, we all hope for the best, wondering what the year will bring. I like to look at my artworks as children. During the process of growth, there is potential for milestones and personalities to come out. Each piece I paint offers new possibilities that I discover as an artist, and I love bringing you all along on that journey with me.

Some of my favorites are still hanging at Christopher’s in Wayne. Would love for them to find good homes. DM me if interested.

In the meantime… let’s see where this painting takes me after I dig out of some snow. ❄️

Some of my favorite landscapes are on the wall in Wayne. Whether you frequent the shore and admire the views of the bay or enjoy the natural rolling hills of Pennsylvania like the Brandywine River Valley or driving along Darby-Paoli Road in Radnor Township…these pieces are genuine, authentic original oil paintings from my heart.
