Hello everyone!
First of all, HAPPY HOLIDAYS!
The horses are doing quite well in their new/old digs. Annalie has been hanging out at home and babysitting Benson. She's her same old sassy, chunky self, living a fully retired life and trying to eat through all of the hay that currently and will ever exist.
Benson is almost a yearling, and he's the calmest baby. He is almost completely white now! Due to life changes, we've decided he'll be moving on to his next home at some point. We'd love to keep him, but he deserves to be a young horse and not a seeing-eye pony to old blind mares.
Santana has gotten a long break since her last show. We are working on lots of new tricks together! This big, beautiful, regal mare will probably not show next year, but by the time we hit the show ring again, we're hoping she knows more things! If we do show, I may be looking for one of my previous students to show her for me! Stay tuned.
ChaCha, also, is on a long break. She had a hard show season that didn't go too well, but proved herself on the trail. She's truly grown into herself this year, becoming more of a mare and less of a filly!
To my students, I just wanted to let you know that I think of you guys all the time.
