Here is the storyline: This is the story of a nine-year-old boy named Hogarth Hughes who makes friends with an innocent alien giant robot that came from outer space. Meanwhile, a paranoid U.S. Government agent named Kent Mansley arrives in town, determined to destroy the giant at all costs. It's up to Hogarth to protect him by keeping him at Dean McCoppin's place in the junkyard.

So some humor with a true tale.

I have had so many people mention to me that I have the best job in the world.

My response is: I agree, I love what I do or I would not have done it for the past 46 years. Yes I started in the drive in theatre business 46 summers ago.

Anyhow, they continue to explain to me why it's the greatest job in the world by explaining how I get to golf all day and watch movies at night.

WRONGO.........

This is as close as I get to the greens every week to keep the Moonlite looking her best!

This is the best weather so far this season!

We appreciate you all liking our post. This time instead of liking what we are posting, how about coming out to the Moonlite and liking a great movie at one of 267 operating drive-in theatres remaining.

Todays "EXCITING NEWS" is that due to the bad weather last weekend , we are again going to offer FREE Admission to the first 195 cars (Total for the weekend) that come to see "STAR WARS: The Mandalorian and Grogu" on the BIGGEST Screen around this Friday-Saturday-Sunday May 29-30-31.

That's not it..........Each of the FREE admitted cars each evening will also receive a FREE Large Popcorn and 1 Large soda in the concession stand, thanks to the generosity of the Clearfield/Jefferson Drug and Alcohol commission. The commission sponsors a few movies every summer and we all really enjoy, and appreciate it. So come out, enjoy a movie, drink and popcorn for FREE! Concession will be open with our regular menu.

We went from April 1 to July 1 in about 1 day. WOW!

Welcome to our Memorial Day "DOUBLE FEATURE" weekend.

Todays "Big News" is that we are the only theatre to be showing "STAR WARS: The Mandalorian and Grogu" for FREE for the first 100 cars on the BIGGEST Screen around this Friday-Saturday-Sunday May 22-23-24. Admittance after the FREE 100 will be at our regular admission price. So arrive early.

Unfortunately the weather saga continues!

The concert this evening with the Brookville Area High School Band has been cancelled due to threat of weather. Mr. Grabigel, the band director has assured me that they will be back next spring. Hopefully on a dry weekend.

Again, both the Moonlite staff and the Brookville Blue Raider Band are disappointed and sincerely apologetic.

Box office will open at 7:30 this evening.
