At Carver’s Curse, people buy tickets because they WANT to be scared. Your task? Give them exactly what they came for: make them jump, make them scream, make them laugh, make sure they have an unforgettable night.

Come meet some of our current crew TOMORROW, August 25 at 5:30pm. You'll be able to ask whatever questions you have and learn a little more about what it’s like to be on the other side of the scare.

No experience necessary. Just bring your willingness to scare.

When your haunted attraction is on a working farm, sometimes you bring in the big equipment.

The combine came through to help us get the parking area ready for another season of Carver’s Curse.

There’s a whole lot that happens behind the scenes before we can Step Into the Curse and some of it requires very large farm equipment.

One field at a time, one room at a time. October is getting closer.

Testing fog bubbles because apparently regular fog just isn't enough.

Will they make it into the haunt? Maybe.

THE CURSE IS CALLING.

This Saturday, August 22, we're holding our final scheduled Actor Workshops for Carver's Curse Season 2!

If you've been thinking about joining us this season, this is a great opportunity to come behind the scenes, tour the haunt, meet the crew, and learn what it takes to help bring the Curse to life.

There are workshops scheduled for 10am and 2pm, pick whichever works best for your schedule.

Please plan to arrive 15 minutes early to complete necessary paperwork and expect to be on site for approximately two hours.

No haunted attraction experience? No problem. We're looking for people ready to learn, have fun, get into character, and become part of the experience our guests will remember long after they leave.

It's BUILD NIGHT tonight!

We’re getting closer and closer to opening night, and there’s still plenty to do to bring the Curse to life!

Whether you’re handy with a paintbrush, want to help make props, can lend a hand with costumes, or are simply willing to jump in wherever needed; we’d love to have you. No special haunt-building experience required. There’s something for everyone to help with!

Carver's Curse is seeking proposals from licensed private security agencies for our 2026 season.

We are looking for an experienced security team to provide unarmed event security for nine Friday/Saturday evenings in October at our attraction in Brooklyn, CT.

Experience with haunted attractions, fairs, festivals, entertainment venues, or other high-attendance public events is preferred.

Interested licensed security agencies may request the full RFP by emailing [email protected]

Proposal deadline: September 14, 2026.

Please feel free to share with qualified Connecticut security companies.

Step Into the Curse.

When Dr. Carver first opened the doors to his medical center, people trusted him. He wasn't chasing fame or fortune. He simply wanted to help the people no one else could. The difficult cases. The hopeless ones. The patients everyone else had already written off.

At first, he did but somewhere along the way, saving lives wasn't enough.

Every unsuccessful treatment became a reason to try something new. Every setback pushed him a little further than before. The rules that once guided him slowly became obstacles standing in the way of progress.

People started asking questions. Patients stayed longer than expected. Some never left at all.

By the time anyone realized how far Dr. Carver had gone, it was too late. The medical center was shut down, its halls abandoned (at least, that's what everyone believed).

Dr. Carver never stopped practicing. Today, he oversees the Asylum, where every new arrival is simply another patient in need of treatment. He'll greet you with a calm smile, reassure you that everything is under control, and promise you're in good hands.

Just don't expect to leave when your appointment is over.
