DOMINIC FRANCESCO
Dominic is a 20-year old singer-songwriter & self taught piano player from Columbus, Ohio. The youngest of seven children, he grew up in a relaxed close-knit family in which everyone played at least one instrument & many also sang. Most of his siblings attended or are attending college, but Dominic negotiated an agreement with his parents to postpone college in order to work on h

is music. The agreement: Dominic must live at home & help work the family farm while working as a musician. If he can't support himself musically by the age of 21, then he must enter college at that time. So, Dominic spent a year on the farm writing music & developing his sound, before beginning a round of open mics at local Columbus Ohio venues. He quickly became accomplished on stage & was considered by many to be a fast rising star. Near the end of his first year on the Columbus scene, he was signed by Nashville Label Winter Records to record a single. His first single, The Rain Is Falling, was well received & Winter Records has invited him back to the studio with another contract to record an EP. Known for his passion & upbeat stage presence - even his sad songs have an upbeat vibe - Dominic's sound could be described as Americana meets Pop with a little Soul. His lyrics show an insight that belies his young years, while his rich vocals & infectious melodies have a tendency to captivate & enchant the audience. Through his music, its evident Dominic loves life & his view of the world is highly contagious.
