We received an extension on the Competition Team Cookie Dough Fundraiser until this Thursday, Nov. 17th. So please turn in your cookie dough orders on Thursday or prior to that date. The more cookie dough our group sells, the more profit per tub sellers will make. We also had a very successful Christmas Wreath Sales - 180 wreaths sold. We did order 10 extra wreaths if you still need to order one. Wreaths sell for $20.00.

We had great Competition Parent's meetings last week. Please make sure your competition team dancers brought home the Cookie Dough and Christmas Wreath Fundraiser forms. Parent's also suggested having a "Kids Bop While Young Shop" event on Saturday, December 3rd from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. Where children can be dropped off at the dance studio and do fun activities while parents can do a little holiday shopping. Let me know if your child would be interested in participating in this event. A competition team email will be sent out this weekend regarding this activity.

Please come support the Brooklyn Kiwanis Club Craft Show this Saturday, October 22nd from 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. at Columbia Upper Elementary School (321 School Street). Lots of great crafters and new this year - an craft area where children can make their own crafts for $1.00. Admission to the craft show is a canned good to be donated to the Brooklyn Food Pantry or $1.00. Please share this post on your page and we hope to see everyone on Saturday! The Brooklyn Kiwanis Club is a service organization that funds various projects for children and the community.

Competition Parents Meeting for Monday Competition Parents on Monday, October 17th at 7 p.m. and the Competition Parents Meeting for Thursday Competition Parents is on Thursday, October 20th at 6:30 p.m. If you have any ideas for new fundraiser ideas, please bring it to the meeting. We will be passing out information on our Cookie Dough and Christmas Wreath Fundraisers. If you can't attend the meeting, please see the secretary for meeting details.
