Just Grooves is a dance class for movers of all levels who want to reconnect with rhythm, release stress, and simply feel good in their bodies. No choreography. No pressure. Just music, movement, and community. is a dancer, culture lover, and the founder of AfroConex, a dance platform dedicated to telling African and Afro-diaspora dance stories. His movement is all about authenticity, body awareness, and the deep joy of social dance. Beverly Lopez is a Bronx native, dancer, choreographer, educator, and founder of REDi Dance Company. She’s an adjunct professor of Latin Dance at Lehman College, co-founder of ¡Dame Tu Pasito! Bachata Party, and an artist deeply committed to healing, community, and celebrating movement rooted in the African Diaspora. Her classes blend technique, culture, connection, and joy in such a beautiful way.
