Katra Film Series is NYC's Premier Film Festival dedicated to the exhibition and promotion of quality independent cinema from around the world. Every season we curate a diverse selection of quality short-form content. Voted by the audience each month, one short advances to the semi-final rounds. Regardless of who wins each month all official selections will be considered for the Grand Finale event which takes place in January 2018 with total prizes valued over $10K. The Grand Jury Prize winner is awarded a one-on-one meeting with acclaimed Hollywood Producer Stephen Nemeth. We've been featured in the NY Times, Wall Street Journal, TriBeCa Films, NY Daily News, Metro NY, Remezcla, Limite Magazine.
