In the past year, there were only a handful of projects that saw major success.

And, one of these projects was 124 W 16th Street.

A building that by no means was an easy sale, and under normal conditions would've appealed strongly to the international buyers.

But regardless of travel restrictions, and having only 8 months of actual in-person showings - they managed to sell out in ONE Year.

The building was launched in February of 2020 and the last contract was signed in Feb of 2021. 🙌

In this video, I breakdown how this building succeeded & why it is so remarkable.

The Broker-Atty Relationship is one of the most under the radar relationships in real estate transactions.

While many of you may think the exact opposite - there is A LOT that goes on between the broker and the attorney to take every deal to the finish line.

Every deal presents its own set of problems, and having the right attorney and teammates to collaborate with is 🔑.

So when we present a problem to our client, it’s NOT just a problem; but a problem & solution.

Today is Rosh Hashanah / ראש השנה , the Jewish New Year.

I thought to share a quick note about the purpose and meaning of this day.

I heard a moving speech from Charles Harary a few years back that shifted my perspective. Here are a few points from his beautiful message...

Rosh Hashanah is known and recognized for being "The Day of Judgement"... which to many sounds ominous. But it's actually the opposite.

Rosh Hashanah is extremely joyous and is celebrated as such. Have you ever noticed that Rosh Hashanah is actually not a holiday of confessions? Not a single one of us head into this day admitting to a fault or flaw.

Rather, it's a day where we acknowledge The One Above. The One who is in control. It's a day of judgement, in which the judgement is how much do we trust Him?

How much do we make life about ourselves, rather than about Him. How much do we try to "create order", shove for things we believe deserve, and stress about things that are beyond our control?

This is what this holiday is about. Recognizing the power of the One Above. A Day of Coronation. 👑

Despite the second half of this year feeling as trippy as this photo, this Holiday reminds us of the One who orchestrates it all.

Wishing you all a very happy, prosperous, healthy, and growth-filled year ahead. ❤️🙏
