We seek to curate events and projects that tells a story across multiple media platforms. It is a powerful technique which extends the reach of contemporary storytelling be altering audience and artist interaction with digital media in a way that makes it more intimate and personal. Today's most effective campaigns make good use of this strategy and do not rely on one form of media to build a rela

tionship with consumers. We seek to explore new and unique ways of interacting with art, music, film, and the atmosphere in which these things are formed. Although the primary goal o RVDIOVCTIVE is entertainment, we believe in the power that are contributes towards social movements and ideas. As an entity, we cherish our ability to contribute and collaborate with any groups, causes, organizations which we find nobel. We strongly advocate a culture of participation and seek to transcend the role of an audience from that of a stagnant observer to that of an active member, with their own unique ideas and contributions.

For us, relationships are everything. Bringing people together is what we do best. For 12+ years, we have been throwing some of the wildest parties for Miami Music Week, Art Basel, and other one offs and during that time we have made and watched many friendships blossom. That’s just one of the many reasons why we are so very excited to kick off our very first residency in the Magic City.

This Sunday we return to for a full on family jam featuring some of our best and oldest friends… FOR FREE! It’s a proper daytime thrown down starting at 3pm so you can be sure to get in a few more moves and grooves before winding down for the weekend. And if we are lucky we might even open the clubs massive garage door to let in some bright rays of sun to illuminate the dance floor.

Boss man joins us after ripping up dancefloor all across the country this year from Miami to Detroit, where he played official afterparty, to international gigs at famed hotspots such as & . A master of moving bodies on the dancefloor, Devon will sure be the perfect guide into the night after the sun sets.

Purveyor of all things trippy and jazzy, label head joins us to lay down his signature style of minimal, psychedelic sounds. A resident since 2016, he is one of our first non-founding residents and longest friends. 👾🎷

Fresh of a run of shows in Mexico City, and a massive closing set at for - will provide her offering of disco-leaning, funky house. Another NYC resident, branqueeno also mentors others in the community with her crew and spreads positive vibes with her ! 💃 🌟

Another long time friend, joins us during a break from his own worldly travels that have seen him play recently in Ibiza, Greece, Portugal, Aspen, and Denver. Chris’ blend of deeper sounds with feel good indie dance will be the perfect soundtrack for a sunny afternoon. 📿⛷️

And opening the party, playing with us for the first time is , an Indian-born, Brooklyn-based DJ and multidisciplinary creative playing house, techno, uk garage and exploring more! After seeing Aniche at some of our past parties, we figured we pass over the controls and let him start us off right!! 🎛️🎉

A core philosophy of the RVDIOVCTIVE ethos when it was founded nearly 12 years ago was to produce high quality events for free so that financial means was never a barrier to entry. Another founding principle is to find fresh talent from the local community and to give opportunities to new, blossoming artists. Upholding these ideas, the, RVDIOVCTIVE crew returns to Silo on August 4 with some of their mainstays including founder Devon James, long time residents Rupert Walk and Branqueeno, as well as Aniche making his debut with the NYC-based collective. Come on down for a sweet session starting at 3pm that will be filled with good fun, great music, and amazing people.

is just around the corner! As we gear up for another unforgettable Memorial Day weekend in Detroit, we thought we’d bring a taste of the Motor City right to our own back yard. We’ve got Waajeed, one of the D’s finest selectors of soul, funk, disco, house, and techno coming to Silo on Sunday May 5 for NYC’s official Movement Pre-Party. Support comes from resident Will OB, Detroit native Roman Martinez, and Brooklyn-born, Cleveland-based LoLo Knows returns for her debut DJ gig in the city.
