Today was absolutely EPIC at Harbor Fitness Mill Basin! The members powered through TWO incredible classes with Jamelia of JNT Fitness & Dance — Body Blast followed by Cardio Dance Fitness! 🏋️‍♀️💃

The sweat was pouring, the energy was through the roof, and the fun never stopped! From challenging body-strengthening exercises to dance moves that kept us smiling while burning calories, this young lady and the Harbor crew showed up and showed out! 💯

If your shirt wasn’t soaked, were you even there? 😅💦

A huge shoutout to everyone who pushed through, encouraged one another, and left stronger than they arrived. Every rep, every step, every drop of sweat was worth it!
