π TRYST Art Fair ποΈ August 7β9, 2026
πͺβ¨Rooms 64, 65, 66 | Torrance, California
Rooted in friendship and a shared belief in a more accessible art world, ππΌππππΎπππππ grows from collective labor, resource sharing, and the relationships cultivated between independent arts organizations. Each space presents its own exhibition while creating moments of dialogue that reveal the interconnected "latticework" linking artists, communities, and ideas across regions. Presented across Rooms 64, 65, and 66, ππΌππππΎπππππ features the work of 38 artists from New York, Connecticut, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, and Kansas.
In Neptune in Juneβs room ( #66), materials and inverted functionality of objects speak to the individualβs relationship to communal structures. Tenderly tied knots and weight-bearing pins embody the act of caregiving. Portable talismans belonging to the individual simultaneously bind them to a larger web of care and meaning. Frameworks between rigid-industrial and supple-plush materials interlock. Ancestral techniques are revisited to build ladders across time and space. Featuring work by Adina Andrus, Jesus Benavente, Jenn Cacciola, bradlee, Sarah Leiva, dAVID ζΉδΈη, Margaret Pinto, Diana Jean Puglisi, Jen Schoonmaker, Lilian Shtereva, Sarah Valeri, Andy Van Dinh, Kris Waymire
