Sarah Valeri is an artist and art therapist who has been enamored with sounds, the vibrations that pass through our environments invisibly but leave subtle or terrible impacts. The immediate contact and pressure and release of drawing helps to be in contact with these perceptual fields that barely cross over with our own. In this way she is learning to always keep an open space of misunderstanding and possibility within her drawing.

Lilian Shtereva (b. 1994, Bulgaria) is an MFA candidate in Creative Visual Arts at Cornell University, following a BFA from Hunter College, CUNY (2025). Her recent solo exhibition how to fix a leaking ceiling was presented at Cornell University (2026). Her work has appeared in group exhibitions such as The New Valuable: Contemporary Bulgarian Craft at the Etar Museum, Gabrovo, Bulgaria, Coda at the Bertha and Karl Leubsdorf Gallery, New York and Prayer/Pattern/Prayer at Morgan Lehman Gallery, New York (2025). Shtereva was awarded the Cornell Council for the Arts Grant and the Michele Sicca Research Grant (2026), and has held residencies at IATRUS, Bulgaria (2024) and Winslow House, California (2023).

Sarah Leiva (b. 2001) is an interdisciplinary artist born and raised in Miami, FL. Her expanding visual lexicon includes fluid lines conjured in steel, discarded found objects inlaid with precious gems, and garments made to disappear from the sweat of the wearer. Leiva’s practice is sculpture based and performance informed, crafting ways to subvert the viewpoint of the static art object into an actively evolving narrative. Relying on the inherent melodrama of familial, romantic, and political relationships, Leiva choreographs tense points of contact between materials and bodies. She has been included in exhibitions across the United States, including Baltimore, Chicago, Miami, New York, and Providence.

Adina Andrus makes work that confronts questions of memory, belonging, and visual culture across time and space. Andrus is a recipient of the Queens Council for the Arts New Work Grant and the NY State Arts Alive Artist Grant and has exhibited work in the United States and Romania, including at the Spring/Break Art Show (New York, NY), the New Bedford Art Museum (Bedford, MA), CollarWorks (Troy, NY), the Romanian Cultural Institute (New York, NY), and Make a Point Gallery (Bucharest, Romania). She studied art at the School of the Museum of Fine Arts and the Art Students’ League. Andrus lives and works in the New York area.

Margaret Pinto is a visual artist working primarily in ceramics. Through a vocabulary of ceramic surfaces and forms that warp and transform under external forces, her work explores transformation, human fallibility and the instability of systems. Pinto has participated in residencies such as Zentrum für Keramik in Berlin and the MAPSpace Studio Residency in Port Chester, New York, which culminated in a solo exhibition. Originally based in Brooklyn, NY, she is currently an MFA candidate in the Craft and Material Studies Program at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.

Jennifer Schoonmaker is a contemporary sculptor living and working in Rochester, New York. Her interdisciplinary practice transforms found objects and organic materials into sculptures that investigate longing, attachment, and the complex relationships between people and the objects they inhabit. Through processes of material transformation, accumulation, and alteration, her work invites viewers to engage in acts of sustained looking, where familiarity gives way to new emotional and perceptual experiences.

Bradlee Hertrick is a Brooklyn-based artist exploring the consistent undercurrent of religious belief in contemporary culture, and the reconfiguration and transmutation of its forms and aesthetics online. His practice starts with collections of digital fragments from posts, comments, livestreams, memes, etc., that express personal experience with revelation, sanctity, and transcendence within the pure excess of the endless scroll. Combined with crude materials and common design processes, these discarded artifacts become sculptural objects that pose questions about images, language, platforms, and algorithms as spiritual technologies with ontological implications both singular and collective.

Kris Waymire is an Inupiaq and Peruvian artist that works primarily with beads and textiles. They create geometric patterns inspired by Old Bering Sea hunting tools and Andean weaving. Using leather, sinew, furs and beads they reclaim familial knowledge. Kris Waymire studied studio art at NYU and was a 2023 Windgate Lamar Fellow with the Center for Craft. In 2024 they were an artist in residence at Ma's House on Shinnecock. They have shown work at Old Friends Gallery and MoMA.
