COZY AFFORDABLE ROOM IN WASHINGTON HEIGHTS

Subleasing a room in Washington Heights for 5-6 months, available by February 10.

Location: Washington Heights on 156th street. Near the 157th station of the 1 train and 155th station of the C train. Stone's throw away from Fort Washington Park, Riverbank State Park, Audubon Terrace, a Planet Fitness gym, restaurants, banks, supermarkets/delis, and laundromats.

Apartment: building is a 5-story walk up. Apartment is on the top floor, a 3-bedroom space with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room (see photos). The room is furnished with a bunk bed (great for overnight guest), table, chair, shelves, AC unit, and has a window.

Roommate situation: current roommates are 3 creative male professionals, respectful and easygoing. Looking for someone who is clean, considerate, respectful and with stable employment.

Details: $750/month inclusive of basic utilities (electricity, gas and wifi). 1st month's rent and one month security deposit. Short term sublease. No pets please.

Manila Collective's first ever public reading was held at Kabisera Kapé, which was only made possible with the unwavering support of na pogi. It was a raw and exhilarating experience to share Philippine theater again with friends and fellow artists.
