3 UFA members are having an art show at the Gowanus Dredgers boathouse.
165 2nd street (by the canal).

Opening this Friday 6-8

Then the gallery will be open Saturdays 12-5 through August

'Works by Urban Folk Art® Studio members Adam Suerte, Jason Mitchell and Mark Pellegrino.

"Whether they’re paintings of South Brooklyn, large layered drawings of sticker and graffiti encrusted bar bathrooms or quiet scenes of Carroll Gardens and Gowanus depicted through linoleum prints, these three members of the Urban Folk Art® Studios artist collective strive to describe the city’s daily operation."

Our group show in is going strong and the limited edition merch drop is doing great.
The art will be up through Oct 29, so go check it out while you can and grab some art or
merch!

Check the swipe for the UFA crew selling shirts at the in 1992 and be sure to go see the at their first booth ever at the Antic next weekend!

Awesome side note, UFA founder who’s been going to the Antic since it started, designed the shirt for the event!

Big thanks to everyone who came out Thursday night to the show. We truly enjoyed seeing friends new and old!

The work is up until October 29th so make your way over sometime, check it out and pick up some reasonably priced art or Urban Folk Art Studios merch, not to mention all the great products from the other great makers and artisans represented at the at .

In less than 2 weeks, the awesome team at the Bklyn Made Store is hosting us at at their City Point BKLYN Location downtown!

We are honored to be included in what has been a great revolving roster of artists showing at the gallery this year.

We will have over 50 pieces between us as well as prints, some new merch, and some old favorites.

We would love to see all our UFA friends and family at the opening!

Refreshments and some giveaways to the early birds!

It’s going to be a real happening, aimed at a mature crowd. Be ready to party into the night!”

33 years ago today- the earliest lineup of UFA in the “oldio” (our first studio in Bushwick). The first summer existed and Powermaster by C**t 45 had just been outlawed after only being out for a month, so we went and got some!

Join us for Spring Open Studios are our new digs!


Back in December moved his studio across Red Hook. He was joined by and , the latest physical incarnation of UFA.

TI Studios is located on the 3rd floor of the Cubesmart building at 183 Lorraine Street, all the way at the end of Court street.

There are over 100 artists working in these studios, over 30 of which will be open to the public.

Come check us out! 12-6 mañana!
