Fun fact: Alfonso was one of our very first featured artists almost 8 years ago. He’ll be in town visiting so we get the privilege of hosting him one more time.

Natalya is an award winning illustrator, designer, educator and printmaker extraordinaire
Her distinct style can be seen in a variety of artistic mediums, from ink washes and digital to traditional printmaking. She illustrates for books, magazines, newspapers, posters and packaging as well as self-publishes her own silkscreen books, zines, cards, and apparel. Her work is amazing, give her a follow.

We'll be printing a two color graphic on paper that she's created just for the night.

Join us for a special POPUP at Grimm!

In honor of Simcoe, Grimm's taproom cat, we are celebrating International Cat Day with a special feline themed pop up.

What is Drink + Print??

Drink + Print is a pop up event where guests learn the basics of screen printing by pulling a project developed by the featured artist and drinking beers sponsored by a local brewery. Each event highlights a new featured artist with a project they have specially created for the night.

We will be printing a 3 color Simcoe graphic designed , learning the ways of paper printing as we go. Each guest will get to take home the prints they personally pull at the end of the workshop! And of course, there’s Grimm beer!

Here’s a lil peek of what we’ll be printing this weekend 👀
has made a graphic just for our event so come get your hands dirty, see the full image and pull one for yourself.

With a smaller class size in a proper print shop, we will have more time to learn things like this split fountain gradient 🌈 how to tame half tones as well as the basics of burning screens and layer registration. And we will do it all while sipping on delicious brews generously provided by .

A low key workshop that will beef up your skills if you already have some or start your screen printing journey with a bang.

We are excited to introduce you to our next featured artist Mike King () and his speakeasy style print shop .a.p.c.bk ! Join us Sunday May 21st for our first daytime event. TICKET SALES ARE LIVE ⚡️

As usual we will be printing a multicolor paper piece Mike has created just for us.

This will be a smaller group in a working printshop so we'll be able to spend more time showing some basic techniques like how to prep/ burn a screen and answering all your printmaking questions.

Once again we will be featuring the tasty beers by local brewery 🙏

About Mike King:

Mike King is a designer and printmaker that has worked with the music industry for the past two decades. He’s designed over 4000 posters for some of the biggest names in the music industry as well as album covers, T-shirts, advertising and a myriad of ‘other crap’.

He might be best known for designing the album covers for Ben Harper, Jack Johnson, Elliot Smith and Pink Martini but has also done projects with The Decemberists, Broken Social Scene, Poison Idea, The Wipers, Sun Ra, Iggy Pop, and many artists you have heard of (and even more you haven't).

He also owns Atlantic Avenue Print Club, home to this event!

Hey everyone! Been a minute since we posted here while we gathered ourselves. We just wanted to say hello again and to let you know we’re working on some exciting events in the spring! New year, fresh new Drink + Print! We’re excited to have you guys back and hang out with us drinking and printing. We will post updates here as soon as we have everything locked in. Remember that the only Drink + Print events organized by *US* will be announced on this page! Appreciate you and excited to see you all in warmer weather! Happy holidays 🫶
