We moved to Flower Love World in 2006 with a PA and a dream to make a venue for our friends and their friends to be themselves and have a place to make and listen to performances. We started having music in the basement. The first show was Barry Bliss, Kevin Blechdom, Jessica Delfino, Jack Lewis, The Wowz and Ching Chong Song- Since then we've had shows mostly in the beautifully evolving backyard. We've had a couple hugabroomstocks and a couple lady gady festivals. Hundreds of our favorite musicians have accepted our invitation to play here. We've been so grateful to have them. We never charge money, sadly this means we don't pay money. But we've built a house of freedom. There's always food and drinks and a lot of love and acceptance. The faces change but that remains the same. I hesitate to call our yard a venue, but the sound system, the respect shown to artists and the caliber of music makes this my best experience with a venue ever. Thanks all you who make it magic.
