brooklynONE productions is looking for a part-time Operations Coordinator to join our team at Industry City in Brooklyn.
As bkONE continues to grow, we’re looking for someone who can help us strengthen the day-to-day operations behind everything we do. This position will work across administration, financial tracking, payroll, scheduling, rentals and the many moving pieces that keep an independent arts organization running.
We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, comfortable working across different systems and able to take ownership of their work. Experience in the arts or nonprofit world is a plus, but we’re also interested in people coming from events, hospitality, production, small businesses or other fast-moving environments.
This is a part-time, hybrid position with on-site work at Industry City in Brooklyn.
