Replying to Here's that "How to paint Space Marine eyes" tutorial that no one asked for! It's a sloppy method that newer painters can use because it kinda counts on you making some mistakes.

The glow stick boy is finally complete. Got some help with on the base work. I've been having a lot of fun with the Emperor's Children on the tabletop and when painting. Purple/Pink are very easy colors to work with. Although the skin does take a lot of time because it's multiple layers. (I do a dark red layer first then a thin layer of the skin tone, this is because real skin is kinda just a semi transparent layer over a squishy red bag.)

Primary Base colors used:

army painter: diabolic plum(purple), ice storm(light blue), turquoise siren

Vallejo: pink, light pink

citadel: abandon black, corax white, blood Angels red, frostheart, aethermatic blue, asurmen blue, volupus pink, magos purple
