Fourth Mic - Midnight Mic / Pine Box Rock Shop / Morgan L FOURTH MIC is a LATE NIGHT COMEDY OPEN MIC in Brooklyn. EVERY FOURTH THURSDAY of the month, end your night at one of the most fun open mics in NYC! Make friends!

This OPEN MIC will happen on the FOURTH THURSDAY of every month. Format is as follows. Arrive between 11:30pm and midnight to sign up. Sign ups will close promptly at midnight and show will begin shortly afterwards. Performers will perform in groups of 5...4 names will be drawn for each group. The FOURTH name drawn in each group will be considered a "GRANDE SPOT" - after that person finishes their

spot, they will have the privilege of bringing up ANYONE they choose to round out the 5th spot of that group. This gives comedians a chance to call up a friend/comedian they would like to see and also allows that person to skip the 'wait' of the bucket. Or, to get someone up who wasn't able to sign up in time. They could get you up! This mic was started to promote community among NY comedians. There are SO many great shows in NYC, especially on Thursday nights...this is an opportunity for the comedy community to come together once a month after those fun shows and get on stage, drink, and just hang out.
