Come and join us for a beautiful dance journey during this month’s full Blood “Worm” Moon, as we inch closer to what we know to be Spring our energy comes back into us to get us through the next Season coming where we plant our seeds.
Through Ecstatic Dance with community at The Synergy Studio
Through two 5 Rythms inspired waves .
In a judgement free, expression full space; We will be honoring the energy of
Vitality.
Ecstatic Dance is a type of Somatic Therapy that utilizes bottom up theory, which prioritizes coming back into body awareness to feel.
A place to release tension and trauma stuck in the tissues.
As the cold leaves us and we prepare for this next season change around the corner, we reflect on our time of rest, and everything we’ve been learning about ourselves and the world.
We remember that this is a time for new beginnings.
As Spring Emerges we must also prepare to break out of the darkness that is being planted & being in Winter into the Growth ahead.
Come move, make noises, be in your stillness, & your authentic expression as we connecting with your self and the community.
